Acceptance Date: July 9, 2012

WORKSHOPS: Please include the following information in your submission:

· Full title (and acronym if any) of the workshop

· Names and contact of the organizers

· History of the workshop

· Sample "call for paper" and the list of topics of interests

· Proposed duration: full day or half day

· Expected attendance

· List of invited speakers, if any

Responsibilities of the workshop organizers:

· Host your own call-for-paper workshop website

· Organize your own program committee

· Review and make decisions on submitted papers

· Publish (or make available) your advanced program by October 31, 2012

TUTORIALS: Please include the following information in your submission:

· Tutorial title (and acronym if any) of the tutorial

· Names and contact of the organizers

· Speakers of the tutorials

· Proposed duration: full day or half day

· 1-page abstract and outline of the tutorials

· A bibliography of related work

· Expected attendance
